I’m a professional growth mentor, communication & presenting coach, and international speaker who helps professionals and leaders master executive presence, persuasive communication, and impactful presenting - so you can speak with clarity, influence rooms with ease, and make your message land without over-explaining or performing.
My background
Before founding my mentoring & consulting practice, I spent 25+ years as an international executive creative producer (ex. Sony Masterworks), managing and touring 60+ productions across 35 countries.
My portfolio includes collaborations with global entertainment leaders such as Netflix, Warner Bros., Disney, Sony, Ennio Morricone, Priscilla Presley. This experience taught me how to shape a narrative, capture attention, and create real audience connection — insights I now bring to my clients in the corporate and professional world.

I’ve trained and coached leaders at organizations including KPMG, Oracle, Heineken, and Avery Dennison, equipping them to communicate with confidence, lead conversations with authority, inspire teams, and represent their companies with impact.
My work is practical, human, and outcome-driven. I care deeply about real results — and I always look for the approach that works specifically for you: your personality, your context, and your goals. As someone who wasn’t born comfortable speaking up, I know what it takes to build true confidence — not just tools, but the inner shift that makes courage and ease natural allies.
in 2025 I published my first book: Mosaic of Life, where I shared my professional & personal experiences as a corporate career professional, entrepreneur, mother, woman. Mentorship is very close to my heart & I currently serve as the Mentorship Program Lead for AI4ALL, a global community supporting women in AI and technology.
Based in Amsterdam, I work internationally in English and Russian, both 1:1 and with groups.
