The Producer’s Lens
Before starting my private practice, I spent over 25 years as an International Executive Creative Producer. I managed 60+ productions across 35 countries, collaborating with names like Sony Masterworks, Netflix, Warner Bros., and Lionsgate.
In that world, you learn two things very quickly: how to shape a narrative that captures attention, and how to stay grounded when the stakes are at their highest. Today, I use this producer’s lens to help my clients navigate their own defining moments — whether they are leading a global team, pivoting their career, or stepping onto a world stage.
The Methodology: Mosaic of Life
I don’t believe in professional growth that happens at the expense of everything else. My approach is built on my proprietary methodology, Mosaic of Life, which I also shared in my book.

I help you look at your life as a mosaic where career realization, personal values, energy, and relationships are all interconnected. We don’t just work on your presence - we work on the inner architecture that makes that presence natural, sustainable, and authentic to you.
Who I work with
My clients are often leaders and entrepreneurs in complex, international environments. While I’ve mentored leaders at organizations like KPMG, Oracle, and Heineken, my focus is always on the person, not the title. I’m interested in the human behind the expertise - especially those who, like me, weren’t born comfortable speaking up and had to find their own way to true confidence.
Based in Amsterdam, I work internationally in English and Russian, both online & in person.
